@bswud @wanyeburkett Certainly. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t care about aesthetics. But the public interest in maintaining aesthetically pleasing facades doesn’t trump the residents’ interest in living with modern amenities, like double-paned windows. Not every row of old townhomes is historic.
