@WisecarsLtd Thank you for your response. My contract is with Wisecars and therefore the refund should be coming from yourselves. This has now been going on for nearly 8 weeks which is not acceptable. I need to understand that you will take responsibility for the actions of your supplier.
@WisecarsLtd I have already send you proof of purchase of the fuel 3 miles from the airport. I am not sure what else you are waiting for. Interrent also insisted making me pay for a diesel car which I had not asked for and an extra 30 euros. Please chase and get this sorted ASAP.
@WisecarsLtd This is taking a very long time and is not good customer service. Interrent are going to make this as difficult as possible. Would you please get on the phone to them ASAP. The Interrent behaviour is disgusting. I have sent the final contract by email to your support desk.
@Hertz I cannot believe the behaviour of the staff at Hertz staff at Malaga airport. Returned the car on time with full tank and given the all clear for no damage. One week later sent bill for 323 euros. Outrageous ! Where is the customer support to protect innocent customers ?
@Vitality_UK Offering a better deal on the Apple Watch to new customers and not giving the same opportunity to existing customers who have been with you for 5 years is surely unfair. My Apple Watch is now 5 years old, don’t you want me to stay healthy? Where is your loyalty?
@jadekavanagh1@Vitality_UK I’ve had the same problem. If you have purchased an Apple Watch previously you can’t take advantage of the zero upfront deal. Where is their loyalty? Time to switch health provider?
