I never understood the Western fascination with Russia. I was a Soviet citizen and lived under that system. I’ve also lived in America and Europe. Compared with the West, Russia is a shithole in every practical, moral and political sense. What exactly are you admiring?

There’s no doubt that Putin fears the return of his army home. That is why he is so afraid of the war ending without victory. And there will be no victory. He is physically afraid of his own army. That is why, if there is no ceasefire backed by specific security guarantees, he will return to war. And this time, others may be the ones under attack.

Today, Ukraine is de facto the second army of NATO – one that is not inferior to the second army in the world. And that is why NATO needs us – specifically us – de jure. This is already a fact recognized by all leaders. Putin will remain in the Kremlin until his death, and he has one goal: the restoration of the Soviet Union. It is time to end this war. But Russia’s ruler wants to keep fighting. That is why Ukrainian sanctions against this aggression are working. Last night, our drones covered a distance of about 1,000 kilometers to the St. Petersburg region – to the enemy navy’s arsenals and a base in Kronstadt. Our long-range sanctions also reached about 500 kilometers into the Krasnodar region – and hit an oil depot. These are important results of the joint efforts by warriors from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine. Russia must end its war and stop its attacks on life. Any manifestation of injustice against Ukraine will receive a just response. I thank our warriors for their precision.

The straight-line distance is over 1,500 kilometers. We will continue to extend these ranges, and these are entirely justified Ukrainian responses to Russian terror. It is important that every strike reduces the capabilities of Russia’s military industry, logistics, and oil exports.

The results are obvious to everyone. It is also obvious to everyone that Russia must end its war. It is time to move to diplomacy, and this is a signal that Moscow should hear. Glory to Ukraine!

On tämä kyllä aika uskomatonta. Miettikää kuinka kauan feissari saa seistä tuolla ulkona räntäsateessa kerjäämässä ihmisiltä fyrkkaa, että saadaan sama summa kasaan. Tällaisen tiedon jälkeen koko organisaatio pitäisi lakkauttaa itsensä ja sen tarpeelliset tehtävät siirtää organisaatioille, joilla on jonkinlaista kunnioitusta ilmaista työtä tekeville ja niille rahaa antaville.

Ja kuten Pekka sanoo, se on aivan sama mistä se raha on tullut - saman takin eri tasku.
