You can have locality to a business for years and it’s when you have that one problem…and how they handle it. Do it right and you have customer for years. Do it wrong and their gone. That’s Simplii my experience. Aweful service when I needed them #Simplii#banking

Simplii a mess. Get cheque made out to Lawrence. Bank info says Larry. Bank won’t cash cheque. Been with them for years. They say they have no ID on file!!! Is that allowed. Try and communicate with them…it’s not easy! #Simplii#banking

Simplii offered me (and others) $75 if I got new members. I wouldn’t suggest anyone do online banking with them. I did mogile deposit and they have my cheque tied up for 15 days now…still counting! #simplii#banking#

Simplii Don’t do it!!! I have been with this bank for years…PC before it. It is the absolute most frustrating experience when you have a problem. Their communication is primitive and they don’t really care what your issue is. Even when it’s their fault. #simplii#banking
