The Giants have 5 grand slams in their last 17 games
That’s the most grand slams in a 17-game span in Giants franchise history
Their previous shortest span to accumulate 5 grand slams was 23 games, between April 14 and May 10, 1970

On a day the Sox slapped the shit out of the Twins, WST is having a meltdown about Colson. Yes, he had a bunch of bat ABs today and hasn't been great with RISP. But he also hit two balls hard, and still hasn't played a full season in MLB. I'm betting he'll be more than fine.
This picture (from early in the 2013 season) is a fucking trip. One of the most beloved White Sox players ever, the guy who might become the most beloved Sox GM ever, and the guy with one of the best names ever.
@oler_hugh Dude looks like he's gonna be GOOD. Hits everything hard, has had good situational at-bats, plays a nice defense. If he keeps this up, Sox are gonna have to figure out how to get him in the lineup every day when Mune comes back.
@oler_hugh He hit two hard, but yeah. Lousy at-bats otherwise. He tries to do too much sometimes. Ozzie talks about it every other day - takes too big a swing, yanks his head. No worries that the coaching staff isn't on top of it. How weird is that??
Miguel Vargas in the month of May (28 games):
.250/.356/.510/.866
7 HR / 12 XBH
19 RBI / 20 R
14 BB / 22 K
4 SB
What a month for Vargas and his June has started even better‼️
