I’m hearing from credible sources that Khadija Shah’s family are in jail and she is missing for more than 24 hours now. They’re trying to accuse her of inciting violence during the protest on 9th May. If like me, you watched her as she documented the entire thing on Twitter, you will know that she did nothing of the sort. Khadijah, along with Khan’s sister were seen as some of the people who were requesting protesters to remain peaceful. She is a patriot and law abiding citizen. Big hopes on her lawyer @AzharSiddique sir, to resolve matters for her. The ops need to realise the hatred they have imbedded into the hearts of the citizens by this sadistic tyranny. You’ve lost.

The Federal Government has formed Inquiry Commission under Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 2017 to investigate into the issue of Audio Leaks. However, the Terms of Reference formed by the Federal Government suffer from a deliberate omission. They fail to take into account the issue that who is behind unlawful and unconstitutional surveillance of PM office and sitting judges of the Supreme Court.

The Commission should be empowered to investigate who are these powerful and unknown elements who tap and record telephone conversation of citizens including high public functionaries. This is serious breach of privacy guaranteed under Article 14 of the Constitution.

Not only those who illegally retrieve data through unlawful phone tapping and surveillance should be held accountable but those who through fabrication and tampering of different phone calls leak them on social media also need to be held accountable.

Democracies governed by the rule of law propose that the state should not arbitrarily intrude into certain aspects of life. Right to privacy and dignity guaranteed under Article 14 are patently infringed whenever the state unlawfully surveils an individual.
Some of the recent leaked calls were made over what was supposed to be a secure phone line in the Prime Minister’s Office. Nevertheless, they unlawfully were tapped and fabricated/tampered with. Seemingly, the elements behind such audacious tapping operate in a manner outside the command and even knowledge of the PM of Pakistan.

Who are these actors who are above the law and outside the command of even the prime minister of the country, and who resort to such illegal surveillance with impunity? Such elements need to be held identified by the Commission.

BEFORE THE NSC MEETING: Army CCs want a dialogue of ALL stakeholders, Chief Justice wants a political dialogue, but why is the Army NOT TAKING any CBMs to show people they are serious, They want to use their brute force, all PTI leaders are under arrest, all ISI Dirty Harries and Cherries are in place. So why should anyone believe the Commanders want a dialogue? They should immediately remove at least all 2nd & 3rd rank ISI guys and give these posts to PAF and Navy, if they cant remove ISI Chief, release all political prisoners, stop the Gullu Butt style of statements as we know why they had to release IK in 48 hours as they were helpless in controlling matters. Take a step back then people will start talking and resolving issues. Control your ego becoz fighting your own people will destroy you first. Take a deep breath and think about the country not your post, job and plots, If people turn against you, the media cannot change their minds, You will then have to run and find asylum like Nawaz, Zardari, Benazir or Musharraf, or get blasted in skies like Zia or get humiliated like Yahya. Only FM Ayub died peacefully because he realized and resigned as he could not fight his own people.
There is no time.
DECIDE IN THE NSC MEETING TODAY, NOW, AND LET THE PAF AND NAVY CHIEFS PLAY A MODERATING ROLE HELPED BY THE PRESIDENT, CHIEF JUSTICE AND IK.

Will Gen. Asim Munir be able to continue as Army Chief for long? Following officers got sacked due to disobeying unlawful orders:
1. Lt Col Imtiaz, CO 21 punjab refused to open fire on public.
2. Lt col Amir CO 4FF refused to open fire on public and said, "we are the defender of this nation."
3. Major Haider Ali refused to obey the same order.
4. Major Syed Ali Hussain Gillani, Punjab Rangers, refused to open fire on public.
5. Maj Raja Sher Ali refused to obey the unlawful orders to open fire on the citizens.
6. Major Ali kamran Abidi refused to obey the unlawful order of his CO Lt Col Ali Hussain Jaffery to open fire on public.
7. BRIG HUSSAIN ALI refused to obey the order of GOC to open fire on the public.

Congratulations! Supreme Court has declared Imran Khan's arrest, by paramilitary units, from Islamabad High Court illegal. Now what does it mean? because judicial system in Pakistan is very weak & executive in no mood to listen to courts. Is this a cosmetic measure to create impression that courts exist? to send crowds back to home and then arrest through Islamabad High Court again? ...because the conduct of Chief Justice of IHC, in all this drama, has already raised very difficult questions..
