Fix your authentication and verification flows. This should never happen to a customer trying to give you $60/mo.

@AskZiplyFiber So uh, you might want to change your verification and auth flows- you sent me a password for a user that put in the incorrect email (My email). This is a pretty big security issue that you're not verifying email or chain of custody before giving credentials.

@LasershipS Intentionally left my pkg in an open outside parking lot. Then driver took off with it. Boise, cstmr srvc didnt even have pc on when called. Told me to contact the seller who's got nothing to do with the case. Also let's boycot the sellers who partner with Lasership.

I said yes it is a video. Now I am waiting for @paypal to send me the refund. I presented them with evidence. I also wrote to my local consumer advocate in my city.
