Completely disgusting how we have been treated by @united. My family, including my infant daughter, was deplaned 3 times and sat waiting for 8 hours at the airport. After missing our connecting flight we had to buy a new ticket, as well as pay for lodging and transportation...
all of which cost us over $800 in extra expenses. I reached out to their customer support and only received 50 DOLLARS as compensation. Pretty ridiculous, wondering why I became a Premiere member in the first place...
