@NeverSinkDev GGG should just keep focusing on removing the need for TFT with QoL upgrades as they have been doing (improved bulkbuy, ingame mirror-service, don't gate farms behind bosses, lower the need for endless gold, make group xp leeching worse etc.)
@NeverSinkDev Great league+patch, easy 9.5/10 for me. Completely disagree with astrolabes though, as they are too micromanagey and RNG for the generic mandatory scaling buffs they give, they will become annoying real quick.
@lolcohol Depends on farm. If T16 farm; 10-12k with additional conditional max hit stuff like flasks/guard skills on top. If T17/Nightmare farm probably closer to 20k. Varies with different farms though, and Astrolabe blobs appear to add more dmg in T16 than usual, so adjust to that.
@NeverSinkDev I'm calling it now! Kirac missions are removed and their special stuff (harvest beasts etc) are tacked onto T17's somehow and T17's are removed from getting atlas bonuses and reworked.
@Fubgun Narrow view. They have to iterate this fast to make the content good, and I'm glad they are finally doing it. Hope this "backlash" does not scare them off from doing it again and again to make the game good before release.
@TalkativeTri Trade is needed due to minimal agency over drops and crafts. Hope they make the 0.5 endgame rework where your atlas passive tree can influence your drops with types of items and mods to make ground loot matter.
@lolcohol@JonStalvin45463 If a company says that endgame reworks are a big focus for their next update, it might not constitute a promise in a court of law, but c'mon - they even spent time in the reveal to mention they didn't get to it.
@lolcohol The only thing they promised for 0.4 was druid + endgame rework. They admit they didn't have time to do endgame. So yeah, saying they are stretched thin is not hyperbole. Not gonna slog through the campaign for the same endgame as before, so for me 0.4 is a skip on that alone.
@TalkativeTri Random layouts of maps can still completely brick a map if you try to go for Breach/Ritual/Expedition. Either the mechanics have to not care about layouts or the layouts have to be better for all maps (assuming they don't want to give the player agency over layouts)
@TalkativeTri Well the reason we are rare-jumping is because that is the only source of loot and used to be the source of progress. If white and blue monsters could drop loot, this would not be an issue. I think the minimap should be even more customizable and rarity on gear needs to go.
@TalkativeTri Wait, why are people not expecting to fully convert to using Ange? Are these people still buying fragments and essences through the tradesite? Are they mad about requiring purchased tabs to engage with it? Active search can come to ingame trade as well?
@ZiggyDStarcraft Skills tied to weapon is the worst railroading. Secondworst is the ascendencies that grant skills. Combos are not fundamentally flawed, but when there is only 1 skill in the game to combo with, it feels railroady.
@day9tv It completely depends on the cube. In combo-focused cubes many do smaller 4-5 packs. In more general good-stuff cubes many do 3 packs but 10-13 cards to avoid seeing the same decks/cards all the time.
@pathofexile If it is just the 3 campaign/wisp-related changes you have already announced, this patch is going to be meh. I know you can't fix everything in one patch, but this doesn't even try to address a single of the many root issues in endgame (poor agency in loot/crafting/content)
@TheVentrua There is no agency yet for gear, endgame content and to some extent builds. Once it is fleshed out it will be fine, but right now it is rough to find the reason to grind.
