One MLA made allegation to the Secretary ,State Legislative Assemly that signature of few MLA's are forged and on that basis the said Secretary lodged complaint to Hare Street police station case was started and investigation was handed over to CID. I argued the matter for 3 days before Hon'ble Justice Krishna Rao and today order was passed. Earlier I appeared in a Criminal Revision being CRR No 2240/2026, wherein Abhisekh Banerjee challenged notice under section 160 of c.r.p.c before His Lordship the Hon'ble justice Kausik Chanda. Today few minutes back one Sri Partha Bhattacharjee, claiming himself to be the officer of CID, called me in my mobile and sought for my permission to interrogate me in connection with the said criminal case. How the police can interrogate a Senior Advocate who is arguing matter in connection with criminal case? Being a Senior Advocate and a member of Bar Association I bring it to your notice for necessary action, if you deem fit and proper to protect dignity, respect and privilege of an Advocate.

In 2022, after I took up writing on Gopal Mukherjee (Gopal pantha) to spread his name, some Pakistani editors quietly deleted the Wikipedia English page on Gopal Mukherjee in 2022- 23. When I came to know of it, I wrote about it here on X, which created a lot of noise.

As revenge for highlighting the deletion of Gopal Mukherjee page and making it known, I am banned from editing on Wikipedia from 2023. They keep renewing the ban each time the ban period ends. The first time ban was by a Pakistani editor. After that each time it’s a different editor that keeps renewing the ban.
