As long as you own a German passport whether native or immigrant, ur a German!. There’s no law that distinguishes NATIVE Germans from other Germans, same law applies to ALL!. That’s why it’s required as a citizen, native or immigrant to hold ur German passport if and when u want to travel outside the EU. There’s NO official document designed by law for NATIVE Germans
