@k_seguun13 Honestly if everyone didn’t get to the point where they’re fighting abstracts and threatening the universe and multiverse I would have disagreed. I honestly think more powerful villains could be introduced and they could be solved outside a clash. But it’s got DBZ crazy
@k_seguun13 I grew up off Dragon Ball but the plot of just every villain being solved by becoming stronger is a tiring plot point. Same issue I had with The Flash show and “got to be faster than the last villain” it’s lazy writing
@Turtz911 T’Challa has a billion dollar movie under his name, he’s very much a B list character. Pre-MCU arguably was above characters if not in the same weight as Ironman, Doctor Strange, Carol Danvers.
His lack of being bigger than what he is, is due to once again to Marvel
@Turtz911 T’Challa is a bigger character than Ghost Rider, Psylocke, and Iron Fist.
He very much should be at the level of the characters you listed below and the reason for the complaint, is marvels lack of pushing him to make that happen. Your explanations are poor.
@Turtz911 The complaint by most isn’t Shuri being used. It’s her being used at the expense of T’Challa. It’s literally like putting Supergirl in various projects that involve the universe instead of Superman.
@Turtz911 That makes no sense either. Why would there be a cost of wanting T’Challa to be the headliner of the franchise he started. Why is T’Challa the exception of being promoted compared to other characters of his status. Yet to get a trilogy, sidelined in various video games (cont)
@Turtz911 Your examples don’t make sense when the characters aren’t being shelved at the expense of the MC’s. That’s what the complaint is about. No one is just complaining about Shuri getting shine. It’s about the shine being at the expense of exposure for T’Challa.
@Thewalk95942799@kgvrocks I actually have a post about this. I think Aquaman’s role being as low and his popularity as well is definitely due to DC’s lack of interest in pushing the character.

@Turtz911 And on this point as well. Captain America probably wouldn’t survive a poorly received run if he was given one. Heck Ironman can’t and he’s been given way more exposure and prominence for the past 2 decades if not longer through media and just recently went back to an ongoing.
