Friends, I have great news. I have been selected for the 27th conference of the European Association for South Asian Archaeology and Art from 6-10 July, 2026. The title of my paper : “Garhwa: An Early Centre of the Rāma
Cult.”
In 2024, I discovered the oldest known Ram temple Prashasti at this site, with the evidence of Ram worship at this site going as far back as the 5th century in the Gupta era. As an independent researcher, I am seeking support to help cover the expenses associated with attending the conference, including:
• International airfare
• Accommodation in Belgium
• Conference registration fees
• Visa and travel insurance
• Local transportation and subsistence expenses
Every contribution, regardless of size, will directly support my participation in this important academic event and help ensure that Indian archaeological and cultural research is represented on a global platform. Much thanks
@redoman69 Industrial activity is the main culprit and it will only get worse as the gangetic plains industrialise fully. One solution would be set up dedicated agencies and institutes to keep only the religious important section clean essentially perfomative face saving like china does
@redoman69 OH You brownoids! You have really done it now! This is the last r4pe you will ever heckin do! We are awakening now! This is it! This is the heckin great notiiciiing!!! We will get you next time! Like totally o algo!
@redoman69 Like napoleon, samudragupta's admin intiatives are not as well studied as his military exploits. Most post gupta statelets and later medieval regional hindu monarchies drew heavily from gupta built institutions. India is the great work of guptas, very little of mauryans survives
@Zoomerjeet The truke in this situation is that the actual radicalisation on the "other side" as been pretty. They have been just as belligerent and confrontational since the 70s, if anything all the scrutiny as made them double down in all the wrong ways.
@Zoomerjeet First is a delusion or madness all your own. Second is to make it your house. Third is to know the love of your house and the world beyond. Fourth is to step out of the house and move beyond it.
