Tinubu’s plan to revive Ajaokuta Steel:

1. Chinese investors will invest $2B.

2. Nigeria retains 100% ownership.

3. Investors receive a fixed percentage of steel produced.

4. They can sell locally or export it.

The agreement will be signed before the end of Dec 2026.
