@RuseDRunie You can postpone the update for a days. And you can also block them "permanently" and unblock them afterwards there are a few website that tell you how to do so. It looks hard but it is like a cooking recipe, just follow step by step.

@LeeandLie Check with task manager your apps usage and your startup apps, disable those who use a lot of resources. The i7-9700 has no hyper threading unlike the others. So when a lot of background apps runs it get saturated quickly. As it cannot dispatch task to other thread/cores.

@jack971121 Don't judge yourself to hard. Even we artist suffer from that issue. It is hard and frustrating. We are human. I believe that even if it is not 100% what you want to draw, the feelings and intents will be there to convey it. Your drawing skill improved a lot.
