@AmazonHelp I am sorry but you don’t understand the importance. Also cancelled by whom, it’s your delivery agent who cancelled and mentioned that I rejected. So in that case why should I follow your refund policy
Hey @amazonIN it’s an amazing day but not for me “Thanks” to your delivery agent . It’s my wife’s birthday and I had ordered something from you which was suppose to get delivered today but your delivery agent just cancelled my order yesterday evening without any communication
And now when I am asking for either the product or the refund the @AmazonHelp says we won’t be able to deliver the product nor refund the amount. I will have to wait for 5days for the refund. Why should I park my money with you for 5days?
@amazonIN how am I supposed to arrange things in such a short notice .. even the tracker showed the delivery will happen by 8th . Spoke to your costumer care executive yesterday and got the same reply.
Extremely disappointed with @amazonIN service. I had ordered Diwali gift from @ReachoutToPhool on 1st Nov which was supposed to get delivered by 3rd which they delayed to 8th Nov and today I am getting a message the order is cancelled.

Now at last moment you expect us to book some other flight and end up paying the premium. This is so unfair. It’s not just travel expense there is stay, inter travel , return flight etc .. you need to understand this
This is so not right @goairlinesindia 3days before the flight you guys are cancelling the flight & not even offering an alternate options. And within the team you guys don’t have clarity one guy says it’s as per schedule and other says cancelled @DGCAIndia

Frustrated with the network! The moment I try to port the number I get call from @VodafoneIN saying we are sorry, give us last chance, we will improve the service & to compensate we will give better offers, blah blah & they also assure you will get a confirmation message for same

The box says Sony Interactive whereas on controller it says Sony entertainment and even the logo is stretched. The box says no USB included but if you see inside there is one provided, the bar code on Controller and box is different and the best part I ordered v1 and I got v2
