Ultimately no matter what happens, the Route 9 update is gonna be met with mixed reviews: Those who expected more from a +2(?) year wait and those who are happy to have crumbs. Sucks because like everyone else, I really want the game to do well

Worst part is knowing the boots become bigger to fill for each day that goes by without an update. Became so unfathomable that at one point, I entertained the idea that they’re secretly finishing the game (or at least well beyond Route 9) in one update. Stopped caring either way
