Hunter Biden was charged with making false statements on a federal firearms form and possession of a firearm as a prohibited person.

The false statement was checking the box they says you aren't addicted or user of alcohol or narcotics.

The second false statement is checking the box that says you've read and agreed to everything in the form and that your statements are true.

The third is getting a gun with this form.

In 2018.

All that hoopla about Hunter Biden and that's all they could come up with.

That's the kind of law you only get charged with breaking if there's political pressure on the prosecutor.

If he was the son of anyone else, it's highly unlikely this would have happened.
