@poornabell On the flip side, I find period dramas relaxing (The Crown & Gentleman Jack are great), as well as things like The Bold Type and Marvellous Mrs Meisel. I used to love Orange is the New Black but had to stop watching it as it focused on the privatisation of the prison system

@poornabell Anything dystopian such as Black Mirror, Handmaid’s Tale and Years and Years is a no-no. Also things with doomy, thudding soundtracks are bad - my husband watched Dark on Netflix and the sounds were too much even though I was in another part of the house...
