@geordieseoul @ynotfestival Who can we complain to regarding this situation? We are also being refused a refund for missing the deadline having not received the original email.

@ynotfestival We didn’t revive the refund email until the 14th. We weren’t able to access emails until the 26th (4 days after the deadline). We are now being refused a refund.
