@santanderukhelp No error message, i put in the code, it says successful then when i hit continue to normally take me to the final summary screen it just gets stuck and the visa screen keeps refreshing the page. I made payment again through app & it worked so hopefully wont go through twice 🤞

@santanderukhelp Trying to pay my credit card on internet banking and it keeps getting stuck on the visa authentication and won't move to summary screen/not showing the money was taken either when clicking off this.

@santanderukhelp Yes it is, I've also just paid a friend and when trying to go back to my accounts it came up with a page saying bad request and i've had to close the browser tab
