$163 billion in unpaid taxes. The rich are a useless drain on society, not paying their fair share. They’re the useless freeloaders, not the family relying on food stamps

[dushmanoevsky @chonkychihuahua]

someone at work said that a generation of kids growing up not reading books is a generation of kids not learning how to imagine what it's like to put themselves in someone else's shoes and understand how/why they feel what they do (empathy)

trump pulled up a child as a prop to talk about how he had brain cancer (trumps admin is cutting cancer research) then followed up by talking about child cancer rates increasing due to chemical exposure (he cut the epa)

i just need people that aren’t in LA to understand that both the Eaton and Palisades fires are still burning. media may have shifted gears, but the fires still aren’t out.

all branches of the US government uniting across the aisle to ban a social media app this quickly while ignoring school shootings for years, ignoring women’s health, healthcare, homelessness, etc etc should radicalize the fuck out of you btw 🤍

Most people don’t understand that most of those Altadena homes were passed down those black and brown families so NO it won’t just be easy to just get another home or to just rebuild. Some won’t even be able to afford rent out here. People need HELP

Support the firefighters directly that are on the front lines. Here is a list of items and addresses you can either hand deliver or have delivered!

Also a friend working with the base camp said they desperately need new fresh socks and toiletries.
