That which satisfies our mouth is the bread of life, the wine of His Spirit, and His word. He feeds us with supernatural food and nourishes us with His Holy Spirit. We are spiritual beings being born of His Spirit and transformed into new creations.

As our physical human body ages and begins to deteriorate, our spiritual body is renewed with strength and energized by His Holy Spirit, giving us the ability to live and run as the youth! Old things pass away, and we become new creations in Christ.

God's supernatural benefit plan surely exceeds anything on the planet because of His selfless sacrifice and His love for us. He gives us all things to enjoy and everything that pertains to life and godliness!

But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

Jesus has redeemed us with His blood, and we have been purchased from the bondage of sin and death. That which has held us captive has released us by His ransom, paid in full by His death, burial, and resurrection!

We have been crowned as a royal priesthood, set apart to serve the King and establish His kingdom on the earth by the preaching of the gospel! His lovingkindness and mercy have secured our eternal position in Heaven forever with Him.

Jesus paid the price with His own blood and made a covenant with us to forever forgive us and release us from all guilt and shame! His love for us is unfathomable; it cannot be measured or understood in human terms, only by supernatural discernment!

Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking, as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious. Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious, you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. I Peter 2:1-5

Many think that Jesus only bled once on the cross for our sins, but from the Garden of Gethsemane to Golgotha, He bled in seven specific places. In the garden, He sweat blood under great distress until His blood vessels broke and His sweat turned to blood. From there, He proceeded to bleed in six more places on His way to His final destination on the cross.

When Jesus was beaten by the Romans, He was bruised and bled inside His body, which broke the generational curse. Next, they whipped Him with a whip called a cat of nine tails, tipped with metal and pieces of bone that tore the flesh and healed all of our diseases. Beaten, whipped, and bloody, they put a crown of thorns on His head, redeeming our livelihood and broke the curse of poverty that we would yield thorns from our labor.

Finally, at the cross, they nailed his hands, restoring our dominion to the work of our hands. His feet were nailed to restore dominion over our walk and the powers of darkness. To prove His death, they drove a spear into His heart, showing that He died from a broken heart!

Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed. I Peter 2:24

God's benefit package far exceeds anything the world has to offer! I am going to break down these powerful benefits provided for all believers and give you insight into what the Son of God's blood has supernaturally done for us all!

He forgives all of our iniquities, all of our sins, and trespasses; they have been washed away with His blood. As far as the east is from the west is how far He has removed our sin. Sin has been forgiven and washed: past, present, and future. He only died once!

When we are born again, we are given God's grace, mercy, and favor, and we are forgiven of all our transgressions, including generational sin that allowed curses to come upon us. The sins of Adam and our unfaithful ancestors are all forgiven, and we are free!

He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities. For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities those who fear Him. For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust. Psalm 103:10-14

I will sing of mercy and justice; To You, O Lord, I will sing praises. I will behave wisely in a perfect (blameless) way. Oh, when will You come to me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart. Psalm 101:1-2

David was a man after God's own heart; the key word, after, he was after a pure heart, the goal of every believer. As we can see, he was not quite there yet! David is an illustration of a born-again believer of today in a totally different time, but our trials can be comparable to his.

History has shown many who have left this world to be isolated in a monastery or a convent to stay hidden from the evil and sin of the world. I asked my blind friend, do you have trouble with lust, he laughed and said blindness doesn't keep the heart pure. True, the lust of the eyes and the lust of the flesh find a way to the heart! You don't have to see to have lust.

David said that he would set nothing wicked or worthless before his eyes, and that probably worked until he saw his beautiful neighbor's naked wife bathing while on his balcony. If he had resisted the temptation, done an about-face, and taken a cold shower, he might have overcome the snare that Satan set. The word says for us to resist the devil, and he will flee!

I will set nothing wicked (worthless) before my eyes; I hate the work of those who fall away; it shall not cling to me. A perverse heart shall depart from me; I will not know wickedness. Psalm 101:3-4
