Perfection doesn’t win. Visibility does.
If nobody sees it, it doesn’t exits.
If you want a real content system behind your SaaS launch, DM to work with me and let’s see if it’s a fit
Your product can be fucking insane.
But if it takes 30 minutes to figure out how to use it, people will just leave.
Less friction > more features.
Make it stupidly easy to understand.
The older I get, the more I believe execution is mostly about doing boring shit consistently.
Answer the email.
Follow up.
Ship the feature.
Talk to customers.
Fix the thing that's been broken for 3 months.
Make the offer.
Send the proposal.
Do it again tomorrow.
Everyone wants the secret.
Most of the time there isn't one.
It's just boring consistency for an uncomfortable amount of time.
You don't always need a complicated business.
Solve one painful problem.
Solve it really fucking well.
Make the experience ridiculously simple.
Charge accordingly.
A boring business that solves a painful problem is often worth more than a ReVOluTiOnAry startup solving a problem nobody gives a shit about.
If I had to launch a SaaS tomorrow, this is the content I’d make:
1. The 10 second hook
Show the problem in a way that makes the right customer think: “Fuck, that’s me.”
2. The product
Don’t show the entire dashboard. Show the one thing the product does that makes people go, “Oh shit”
3. The outcome
Don’t just say what the product does. Show what changes after someone uses it.
4. The proof
Numbers, customer results, screenshots, testimonials, whatever makes the claim believable.
5. The CTA
Give people one obvious next step. Don’t make them figure out what to do.
The biggest mistake I see:
Founders try to explain the entire product in one video.
You don't need to explain everything.
You need to make the right person care enough to click.
