Having 3 makes it’s even more expensive and triple the pain in the ass and quadruple the litter boxes but one time for 30 seconds all 3 were on the same couch and life had never been better.
having two cats instead of one is more expensive and double the pain in the ass but occasionally they'll be sitting kind of near each other in a room i walk into and i'll get to say "oh, hey guys" and in that moment it's worth it
💔 My heart is with everyone impacted by the devastating fires here in LA. While I’ve lost my Malibu home, my thoughts are with the countless families who have lost so much more—their homes, cherished keepsakes, the communities they loved, and their sense of stability 🙏
As a mom, I can’t imagine the pain and fear of not having a safe place for your babies so I’m launching an emergency fund through my nonprofit 11:11 Media Impact to support displaced families with young children. I'm starting with a personal contribution of $100,000, and will be matching additional dollars raised up to $100,000 more. I am looking for others to donate and match alongside me to do our part!
Together, our donations will support our young families and pets to:
💼Provide cash assistance to families via emergency relief organization @coreresponse
🏨Provide short-term housing and hotel stays for families with little ones
🛍️Delivering essentials and supplies to evacuation centers (I will be volunteering this weekend)
🐾 Supporting local animal shelters working tirelessly to protect displaced pets
This effort could not be possible without collaboration and a sense of urgency: I’m immensely grateful to partner with Amy Marks Dornbusch for mobilizing private female funders to support this effort so that we can launch today starting with $200,000, @CORE for distributing cash assistance to our families while they navigate their needs, @Baby2Baby for distribution of much needed supplies for babies and young children and more.
Let’s come together for LA. Every dollar makes a difference, and we’ll make sure the support reaches those who need it most.

Today is a day I will never forget. After years of sharing my story and advocating on Capitol Hill, the Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act has officially passed the U.S Congress. This moment is proof that our voices matter, that speaking out can spark change, and that no child should ever endure the horrors of abuse in silence. I did this for the younger version of myself and the youth who were senselessly taken from us by the Troubled Teen Industry. To the countless survivors who shared their stories, to the families who stood with us, and to the coalition, thank you from the bottom of my heart for standing with me. To the legislators who chose courage over complacency and fought for me: you’ve made my dream come true 🥹@RepRoKhanna@RepBuddyCarter@SenJeffMerkley@JohnCornyn@SenTuberville And to the children still trapped in these systems: I will never stop fighting for you. Change is possible! 🙌🏼 #ProtectChildren #StopInstitutionalChildAbuse #MyVoiceMatters #AdvocacyMatters #SurvivorToAdvocate #SlivingForACause
