I never asked for any thing I now letting everyone and anyone know what a joke this airline is. I traveled over 4000 miles 16 times each round trip, just last year. They can't even get miles corrected.

Every flight especially since October if last year is totally screwed up. mis managed and biased. Mr Lee especially.

This is now a flight delayed until controll room isn't smoking . Great. I call the 800 number she is sorry but only Mr Lee can change seat. She would do it but no authority

Mt Lee here in Dallas is rude and changed my seats from 25 c to 18 c. I told him that's not me seat. He ignored me and took to new clients on while I'm standing there.

I called in to get my confirmation and was told my seat was again 9c. This was on the original flights.

This flight was delayed because the navigation equipment wasn't working. I missed my connection in dallas

The Uber driver from Chicago to Bloomington was 270.00. I was to arrive at 241pm. I rolled in at 11pm. The next flight I was assigned seats.

This airline has me diverted from Bloomington to Chicago. The pilot assures us a bus ride as well as roasts us for an hour while he awaits cancellation.
