The park next to Dave's church is so BEAUTIFUL now! New playgrounds, full basketball court, pickleball courts, restrooms and a wonderful splash pad.
All thanks to the Lilly Endowment, I might add! Stop by the grand opening if you can :)

Néw experience tonight: Endless Shrimp from @redlobster. Amazing!
As was the answer from the server when I asked him what was the record for the most number of extra shrimp orders. “About 15!” he said.

The best thing I’ve seen on social media in a while.
Face-to-face relationship building solves problems better than endless meetings talking about the problem. Love this video.

It is amazing how the young people stopped to talk with the Indianapolis TenPoint Coalition patrol teams. These young men came looking for us. Check out this short video.
@charlesharriso5 Well said. Unfortunately, I think unless a family member of any of our leaders is directly affected by the violence, changes will not be made.
As we were coming out of rehab yesterday, Dave says, "Let's shoot the mojo."
He had the mic in his walker pocket and everything already ;)

Was not ready for Eric Church to deliver the best commencement speech I’ve ever heard.
Six guitar strings. Six pillars of a life.
Faith. Family. Spouse. Ambition. Community. You.
Tune them when you’re whole, not just when you’re broken.
Watch the whole thing.
I had dinner with 2 law students last week. Amazing night of great conversation.
We talked a lot about the growth of interest among their peers in Catholicism.
One of them said something that really struck me: “We were told our whole lives to make our truth & meaning all on our own. We found it empty & exhausting. So we’re turning to traditions of not only faith but with a coherent worldview.”
