@shebahronay @LucyInTheSky22 @Independent My favourite bit was when they changed the automated message to say they were prioritising calls from people impacted by the storm, followed by: “in order to protect the welfare of our staff, we are not currently answering calls”. They hung up.

@British_Airways It’s been a total mess. The first report was raised without generating a ref number. I was stuck in limbo unable to do anything. 48 hours later, finally got through on the phone and got a new number, which worked yesterday but is now “invalid”. Nobody answering phone today. 💀
