The scapegoat doesn’t know how to not feel responsible for others. When this is the role of a child, they enter adulthood with little to no grounding with what goes on around them. Their survival has been to fix what’s wrong & take blame when something remains broken.
@adhdjesse I can totally relate to all of these labels others would say . My young self unfortunately believed the adults when things like that were said about my character. It’s taken years to shake and change my beliefs about myself. Therapy and medication along with boundaries
