@LauraCastagnini @etihad This happened to me a few years ago. Crew filled out accident form saying that I did it to myself after on of their crew dropped a scolding tea on my lap. Then said it didn’t happen on the flight. Horrible company

I was given a bottle of cold water and told to pour it on the wound in the plane toilet... which given the injury was on my chest was a bit tricky to say the least.. but my clothes were soaked anyway so 🤷‍♂️

2hrs before landing I asked the flight attendant to fill up my hot water bottle bc I had a sore back... she handed it to me full without the cap on, but as it was too heavy for me to hold, boiling water overflowed onto my arms - I dropped it on the floor and it splashed my chest
