@JoshShapiroPA L&I is a freaking joke. I've been waiting 7 weeks for them to verify my identity to continue my benefits. Conveniently, they aren't receiving it, but can't provide me with the steps to resolve it. I've been in touch with IDme, my state rep and PUA. A disgrace to PA citizens.
