@Dwade @BicycleIdiot It's still crazy to me that everyone knows that PPD/anxiety affects the non-birthing parent, but no one wants to do anything about it. Tyler took Ashton to one of his appts in the first weeks and he didn't get a depression screen. I got them for a year!

@LindsayGuentzel Some really great hikes in Cave Creek about 30 mins north of Scottsdale. If you are looking for a challenge, Flatiron in the Superstition Mtns is amazing! Been going to Phoenix every winter for 20 years so have so many hike suggestions!
