@AvantiWestCoast We pre booked a train from Glasgow to MKC that’s not running due tothe strikes. We are having to get a Scotrail train from Glasgow to Carlisle to get on one of your services. When at Glasgow station they’ve told us we need to buy a new ticket to get to Carlisle is this right?

@GNRailUK @TLRailUK I am not sure how you can have staff at baldock checking tickets on arrival when your excuse for cancelling and delaying our trains this morning is because of a shortage of train crew. The trains are going to be packed and I’m going to have to make 3/4 changes
