Hey @VirginMediaIE this is how it feels trying to get an issue caused in error by Virgin media resolved. Really not good enough.

@VirginMediaIE Official complaint logged @VirginMediaIE the automated response is we’ll contact you within 10 days. We’ll just add them to the 19 days chasing CS to resolve issues caused by somebody in Virgin, when they decided to disconnect us and nobody can figure out how to reconnect us 🤷🏻‍♀️

@VirginMediaIE As much as I appreciate the assistance from their CS here, it’s not acceptable that into week three we are still being told “we are looking into it” and we have to constantly chase @VirginMediaIE for updates

@DublinHorseShow Can anything be done about access to the north stand. People are missing the show as it’s taking that long. My friend was in here seat but went out to get food and is queuing to get back in over 20 minutes.
