Any idea how I get in touch with a human at @asos I ordered a parcel on the 10th July to be delivered next day. Evri said they attempted delivery (they didn’t)and it will be redelivered but it hasn’t and I can’t get in touch with anyone at ASOS!

Emailed again for an update - reply - they've gone missing during delivery, so gave a refund saying ' we hope this solves your problem' Erm, No it doesn't! I don't have the pair of Jordon 11's I wanted, no apology & no support to get another pair!!! Not good enough

@FootLockerEU purchased a Limited Edition pair of Jordan 11's. Package never arrived. Emailed Footlocker, they opened investigation & would be in touch within 10 days 2 weeks later I email for an update got email back to say don't email with the same problem
