@HelloFreshUK “keep your phone on and the courier will update you at some point”. I have paid money to you and not received the food!! We had to go out at 8pm last night to buy dinner and still today, nothing has arrived. Your customer service is shocking!!! I want a refund.

@HelloFreshUK I am so disappointed in your service. I have tried to sort this off social media but none of your agents help in any way. Our food was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and still has not arrived. Your agents answer to this is ….
