@RogersHelps trying to watch a show currently recording at home, while away and using wifi and it won't let me. It will let me watch on air but won't let me restart, even though the restart function is available on my TV at home. Why?!?

@RogersHelps Our Ignite keeps on freezing when watching shows on multiple channels. We have rebooted multiple times on multiple days and it's still happening. Help please.
