Been trying to make a return to @Nike for the past few days. The help and return pages never load no matter if you use the link from the delivery email or the orders link on the webpage.

£800 worth of brand new, useless dishwasher in our kitchen for three weeks now. Curry’s engineer visited to confirm it’s faulty followed by a Bosh engineer to say the same. Now more useless emails from @currys. Arrange an uplift and a refund already!

@currys Your web site is so poor you can’t actually buy anything though. Presumably when everything is back up to full price tomorrow it will all be back up and operational again.
Talking to the bots is also worse than useless.
