@IKEACanada I understand that the delivery times are expected to be longer than normal but how do we know how much longer they’re expected to be? Placed an order last weekend, email said Monday for delivery, no update in tracking other than ‘being prepared’

@British_Airways Having read your website I was aware of your rules & that taking my large stroller would be a problem so purposely took the little one. Would add I’ve done the same journey several times with @AirCanada and even with the large one they returned to the gate.

@British_Airways Its an umbrella stroller that folds right down. In YYZ they put a return to gate tag on and at LHR, after waiting 20 minutes they told us they’d sent to the carousel. On the return they told us it would go to the carousel but when I asked why they said it was YYZ’s h&s rule.
