@WeCops #wecops do need to start believing in our forces again . We are doing incredible work that many other countries police services would be proud of . It’s not broken but there are parts to fix and important to do so collectively together

@WeCops #wecops focus on the core policing , the investigation of crime , say no to the things that partners can do and auppprt them to do it , agree with public exactly what we can do to provide the best service so expection and delivery is clear . Stop trying to do it all

@WeCops #wecops also think many officers lost confident in many changes coming but continue to work so hard and with 100%effort but still so tough out there so am not surprised confidence is not something going up

@WeCops #wecops think the officers and staff sense the wider drop in confidence of the public which in turn affects@their confidence so I believe it does. Each negative story almost like another body blow !

@WeCops #wecops in answer to some of points re leaders and their leadership .. think they are frustrated with government and media like the frontline staff are . They too struggling to lift confidence in policing

@WeCops #WeCops I think it’s up and down and massively affected by negative stories and incidents initially but then can pick up again. Overall a lot expected of police and not sure always can deliver so confidence going down
