@RossJMcKnight @Sofology I had a similar experience. Terrible customer service and almost a year for chairs to be delivered. Eventually resolved with the help of staff in store (couldn’t get a response on phone or online) and the v12 credit company who referred me onto the complaints team. Good luck!
