I called as soon as I sw the money had been taken from my account and ended up at Advanced service who were very nice and promised me a refund within 24-48 hours.

I did not get a refund. I called back. I spoke to another very nice persons at Advanced level 2 event service

to EVERY SINGLE PERSON I SPOKE TO AT XFINITY and TRUST THEM. I WAS WRONG!

I had almost $400 taken from my account 4 months later for a service I never had on an account that was supposed to be closed 4 months prior and all services canceled then.
