@AirCanada My flight just got delayed four times and now cancelled from LGA to YYZ. Now I can’t get to Toronto until later tomorrow? I have a wedding I need to be at and no one is helping. Very disappointed as a first and now last time customer.
@AmericanAir They literally are telling us they don’t know anything. Someone needs to know what’s going on and actually tell us. This entire experience flying with you has been horrendous and I want to go home!
@AmericanAir Our flight from EZE to JFK was already delayed for over 3 hours and now we’re being told it’s going to be delayed even more after the new 12:30am delayed time. I just want to go home! What is happening!
@AmericanAir But they just told us it’s delayed even more! We’ve been sitting at the gate for over a hour. There’s no shot we’re taking off in 25 minutes and I would just love to know why it keeps getting pushed and when I can expect to finally get out of this airport
@AmericanExpress The centurion lounge in EZE is being very rude and won’t follow the policies you have on entrance requirements. I spoke to multiple representatives on the phone who said we should be let in with our platinum cards, but they won’t let us in. Very poor experience
@AmericanAir you delayed our flight from EZE to JFK and now we’re stranded with all our luggage for hours. We would appreciate the courtesy of being able to check in our bags early? Would we be able to do that in like an hour or so?

@Delta I’m flying one of your partner airlines @Aerolineas_AR and they delayed our flight and won’t tell us when we’re leaving. Completely disappointed in the customer service and would love a better answer from you and your partner…
@Aerolineas_AR Hey, I need a response. The gate agent won’t tell me a thing about the AEP to FTE flight but all I know is they won’t let us board and we’re delayed. Would love to know when I can plan to leave
@Aerolineas_AR We just got told 15 minutes before our flight took off that it’s delayed and we don’t know when it’s taking off. We are in a hurry to see family. I would appreciate an update and to be told what is actually going on…
