@_jameslincoln To truly lose the weight, you need a 70,000 calorie deficit in 28 days which is a 2500 daily deficit. Either through exercise or eating nothing or a mixture of both which sounds unfeasible. If the weigh in is all that matters you could try the techniques of boxers at weigh ins

150 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1mile run
As a national test, I’d segregate it to 1 mile run, 20 rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15’aur squats, I mile run.
Maybe half the reps to 75,100,150
