The truth is there are litter boxes, litter and 5 gal buckets in classrooms..... because the school might go into lockdown for a shooter situation. Lock down and hours of waiting creates bathroom necessity which can not be controlled (anxious people) or student "hall passed". These are survival items which are required to provide a modicum of dignity to those who are being forced to endure a highly terrifying concern. Kids aren't requesting to use a bucket full of litter, they are being told to do so.
