Today marks day 1 of @TheStrokeAssoc 31 days of exercise in May! I’ll be doing 31 minutes of exercise each day throughout May to raise money to help rebuild the lives of those affected by strokes! I’ll be using this account and @NSCHT_IST to track my progress!💜 #strokeawareness

Today I was interviewed and offered a position as a senior staff nurse, after working on a low secure unit for people with ABI since qualifying, I’m looking forward to my new adventure of working in a locked rehabilitation unit for people with LD/Autism! Ready for new beginnings!
