So far in my new role I have met a couple of patients I looked after in the acute setting and now seeing them thrive in the community, gaining back their independence through community rehab is just remarkable!
โจ Jane Shemilt has been working at #NNUH for 25 years now and when asked what her proudest moment was, she said that she was very proud to have developed the Acute Stroke Unit as ward Sister.

To mark #MigraineAwarenessWeek, we spoke to Lisa Sant, Neurology Specialist Headache Nurse in the Migraine and Headache Disorders Service. Lisa is one of only 60 such nurses in the country and runs clinics to help patients manage their symptoms.
