Today marks the 60th anniversary of the last Glasgow tram. The final fare-paying tram left Anderston Cross for Auchenshuggle at 5pm on Sep 4, 1962. An estimated quarter-of-a-million Glaswegians turned out to see the last tram procession pass by later that evening.

Morning all.
Tomorrow at Human Threads @GlasgowTramway we present “Collective Endeavours,” an improvised sound/movement piece by musician Alex South and dancer Aya Kobayashi. Their first performance as a duo, expect a dynamic & playful response to the exhibition. 1pm - 1:45pm. Free.
Such a fun & generous workshop with @LauraSpring1 transforming space & playing with light, colour & sound. Thinking through the creative potential of communication without language.
