@ExtendedStay I am a member and staying at the ESA San Ramon, CA West. This morning I was speaking with an elderly disabled woman who has been living at ESA for 8 months. She’s complained numerous times about the lightbulb outside her room (129) being out. No one has replaced it.

Too bad the new CEO can’t make sure that the company doesn’t extort folks with fees for transferring the contracts during a home sale. To be told it’s $400 instead of $200 if we use a title/escrow company instead of just “escrow agent” is BS. I’m filing a BBB complaint.

I am outraged!! We are selling our home despite using a title/escrow company to handle our transaction, we’ve been told we had to pay $400 for the transfer instead of $200 because our escrow is being handled by a title/escrow comp.
