@AriaLV then sending us back & forth with security for ID 6393927 thousand times because of THEIR own error!😡😡

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@AriaLV don't advise anyone to stay at the aria hotel! Have had nothing but grief checking us out of our rooms 2 days in a row 4 days early!

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp WHAT exactly do you need to hear to refund your customer???

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp you have already heard back from the courier nearly a month ago... He took it to the wrong house & now he can't retrieve it

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp NO you're not. As soon as you can is not good enough at this point I want a date of when I can expect my money back??

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp 2 messed up deliveries & now you are refusing to reimburse me. If anything I am due more than just a refund at this stage!

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp might I add that TWICE you messed this delivery up. The delivery which did show up was STAINED

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp DPDs investigation does not affect you (asos) reimbursing a very fucked off customer.

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp and don't say 'it takes DPD 5 days to conduct an investigation' ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I either want an immediate refund or I want an exact deadline as to when I will receive it?

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp what are you all finding so difficult about this? I paid for something, you lost it, therefore you owe me a refund...

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp you have failed to produce something I have paid for so you will resolve this whether I use abusive language or not

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I think you will find that you will HAVE to assist me with my query because you are illegally withholding MY money😊

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp and NO I do not want another fucking delivery just my refund will do. This has now taken you chimps over a month to resolve

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp how hard is it to process a refund for an item YOUR delivery driver has delivered to the wrong address & has now lost????

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I am really not sure whether you lot are taking the fucking piss or if you are all thick as fuck???

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!!

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I am getting sick of chasing this up to resolve YOUR error! I just want my refund, appalling customer service!!

[Laura Summers @LauraSummers91]

@ASOS_HeretoHelp first one of your drivers LOSES my order and now I have been waiting for over a month for the refund for this!!
